Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations (for any reason) more than 60 days before camp start date will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit and any credit card fees or PayPal fees incurred by Townshend Hockey Skating Systems.
Cancellations (for any reason) 60 days or less before the camp start date, will not be refunded but will receive credit toward a future camp of similar value to the program that was cancelled minus the non-refundable deposit and any credit card fees or PayPal fees incurred by Townshend Hockey Skating Systems (for example, a registration to a boarding camp is cancelled then credit may be used for future boarding camp).
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen acts of God, including facility damage/closing, complications or weather related rink/facility cancellations. These are highly unlikely to occur, but in the event it does, we will issue a credit prorated for the remainder of the affected program.
Credit will never expire and can be transferred to anyone you wish.
There will be no refund for any cancellation of a day clinic or camp that offers less than 12 hours instruction.
There will be no refund or credit for any cancellation after the start date of any program.
All refund or credit requests will be at the discretion of the owners of Townshend Hockey Skating Systems, LLC.
